Our maintenance plans offer guaranteed year-round support, spares holding and preferential service for clients with highly sensitive or critical applications. Speak to us for maintenance and standby support. We offer preventative maintenance contracts as well as emergency breakdown support.

Service Department

Engineering Data Systems has a highly qualified, dedicated service team to provide total maintenance of your UPS system. We are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our engineers have the training and experience to repair, service and maintain equipment we supply.

Maintenance Contracts

We offer a 24-hour 7-day per week maintenance contract as well as a standard 8-hours 5-day alternative.

Service Department

Well aware that downtime is crucial in terms of productivity, we hold stocks of critical spares (contracted clients) and offer an overnight transport schedule for flying spares from Germany if necessary.

Engineering Data Systems is currently maintaining numerous critical sites such as Telkom Hartebeesthoek Earth Station, Rand Merchant Bank, Citibank and Telkom Derdepoort Lab to name a few.
